Start with the public record. Test every match.

Our assessments begin with unclaimed-property records published by the Oklahoma State Treasurer, including the public search at yourmoney.ok.gov. We compare available file classes, reconcile exported records with the live registry, and label each possible match with its source and confidence. Municipal staff can verify the same source independently.

Protected funds path

Under 60 O.S. §674(E), the Treasurer pays the municipality’s net share directly and pays StateOwed’s agreed fee separately.
