The claim process

A documented path from record to payment.

We work from Oklahoma's official records. The owner chooses whether to hire us, and the state decides every claim.

The process

From state record to payment.

  1. Oklahoma holds the property

A business transfers property to the state after losing contact with its owner.

  2. We work from official records

We review unclaimed-property records published by official Oklahoma state sources.

  3. We locate and contact the owner

We explain the possible match and show the owner where the public record came from.

  4. The owner signs a written agreement

The agreement states our service and fee before any claim work begins.

  5. We file the claim

We organize and submit the required information, then respond to state requests.

  6. The owner is paid

If Oklahoma approves the claim, the state pays the property to the owner.

Our work
